What if these bundles don't suit me?

We understand that every business has unique needs, so if none of the pre‐built bundles perfectly align with your goals or budget, you have two main options:

- Build a Custom Plan “À la Carte”

You can start by choosing any base subscription (Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise) and then hand‐pick only the add-ons you need. For example, if you only want extra workflow automation and a handful of social posts, simply allocate your credit points toward those services and skip the rest.

If you run out of credit points in a given month, any additional services can still be purchased at our standard (discounted) add-on rates, so you never lose flexibility.

- Fully Tailored Package

If you need something outside our listed tiers—perhaps you want a one-off funnel build without ongoing social management, or a complex API integration without a full CRM setup—let us know. We’ll work closely with you to create a bespoke service proposal that covers exactly what you need (and only what you need).

To get started, we’ll schedule a short discovery call to review your objectives, audit your existing tools, and then present a custom pricing quote. This way, you won’t pay for any features you won’t use, and you’ll have clarity on exactly how your investment maps to deliverables.

How do the credit points work with selectable add-ons?

Each subscription plan comes with a set number of credit points (Essentials: 10 points, Professional: 25 points, Enterprise: 50 points). Every add-on is assigned a point cost—e.g., +5 social posts might cost 3 points, an extra 5 workflow hours might cost 5 points, and a custom API integration might cost 8 points. You “spend” points when you request add-ons. If you run out of points but still need additional services, those extra add-ons will be billed at our standard rates (minus any plan-level discount).

Do unused credit points roll over to the next month?

Yes. Any unused credit points roll over month to month for up to three consecutive billing cycles. After three months, expired points are removed. This rollover window gives you flexibility to save up points for larger add-on requests later on.

Can I change or swap add-ons mid-month?

Absolutely. You can add or remove add-ons at any time. If you swap an add-on of equal or lower point value, no extra charges apply (the credit points simply reallocate). If you upgrade to a higher-point add-on mid-month, we’ll deduct the additional points (or bill any overage at standard rates). All changes reflect immediately and appear on your next invoice.

How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. To upgrade, simply choose the higher-tier plan; you’ll be prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle and charged the new rate on your next invoice. To downgrade, submit a request at least 7 days before your next renewal date; you’ll shift to the lower tier at the start of the next cycle. Note that downgrading reduces your monthly credit points and may require adjusting or removing existing add-ons if you no longer have enough points.

What discount applies to add-ons if I exhaust my credit points?

If you exceed your credit points in a given month, additional add-ons are billed at standard rates minus your plan’s discount:

Essentials plan: 10% off standard add-on prices

Professional plan: 15% off standard add-on prices

Enterprise plan: 20% off standard add-on prices

This ensures you always benefit from preferential pricing even if you exceed your included credits.
